Thanks for visiting -- I'm glad you're here.Our work will uncover hidden patterns that may be holding you back from connecting more deeply with your authentic self and with others. I work well with those who seek a deeper understanding of the source of their experiences, and who appreciate the value of the inner journey. Drawing from contemporary psychodynamic, relational, attachment, and somatic lenses, I approach our work holistically, addressing all aspects to heal from wounds, find purpose, and live with greater meaning.I have a master's degree in mental health counseling from New York University (NYU), a Juris Doctor (JD) degree as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Columbia University Law School. I previously apprenticed at a Zen monastery and have completed yoga teacher training. The insights I’ve gained from all these experiences are deeply interwoven into my work as a counselor.
